I have implemented significant improvements in marketing communications for the MFBE program at Xcel Energy. These efforts focused on brand awareness and consistency to ensure all resources are aligned with our visuals and messaging. I was in charge of producing a new program video to showcase the program's many advantages.

Coordinated field associate and RD&E interviews to help develop the reasons to believe along with the VOC and VOB work done by a third-party vendor for the Ecolab Pest Elimination Division.
Developed creative brief, chose agency partner and led the production of the messaging matrix, elevator pitch/tagline and significant resources leveraged in 34 countries with +22,000 associates.
Created strategic plan that identified all areas that will be affected along with ownership and timelines.

Ecolab Pest Elimination launched the very first global innovation with the Large Fly Program. This launch was done in conjunction with all international marketing leaders to ensure we developed a consistent program and message around the globe. Resources that were developed included case studies, info graphics, sales collateral, social media campaigns and web site content. The year it launched; the program earned the Kitchen Innovation Award at the 2017 National Restaurant Association Show.

Teaming Up Against Large Flies Video
A new approach was taken creating a customer facing video showcasing large fly behaviors in a way you have never seen before. This was intended to get customers' and future customers' attention on how large flies can jeopardize food safety and how Ecolab proactively addresses large fly activity.

Increased associate engagement to 86% with the creation, launch and management of a new internal communications platform to provide an effective and efficient delivery channel to +3000 division associates timely sharing impactful business information with needed call to action. After launch, owned content management, activation and campaigns to drive activation.
Acquisition of three North America companies brought forward a need to align all with Ecolab and division branding. Recommended a three phased approach to prioritize deliverables effectively. Developed the brand strategy in three weeks, start to finish. Shared with the executive team and received full approval to move forward with implementation.

Phase 1: Strategy and Planning was developed to hit the easier targets fast and prioritize the items that will truly make a difference (i.e. create sales collateral and website content)
Phase 2: Implementation to finalize items that were researched in previous phase including the marketing, tradeshow and customer events strategy and budgets and web site construction
Phase 3: Launch resources giving associates all access to the internal web site and other tools along with upcoming internal events
